More like a cup than a bucket.

      It's a bucket-shaped cup!

  • I too. was about to say.. Looks more like a cup than a bucket.

Sounds like Subway ft long marketing all over again!

  • You'd never eat two buckets anyway.

You're all wrong.. They're GIGANTIC prawns, a plate of dipping sauce and the worlds largest lemon wedge.

    Not really

  • Normally $79?! What type of wine?

    • -1

Bucket of prawns is usually $25 so that leaves a $54 bottle of wine which only leaves 1 red and 1 white - 07 Montericcioli Chianti Classico or 09 Camino del Pelegrino Albarino

But this is two buckets of prawns, so wouldn't that mean that the wine is $29?

  • need iOS 6? not 5?

    • The voucher is kept in Apple's Passbook application which arrived with iOS 6.

      • Right thanks.

Two buckets of prawns and a bottle of wine sounds like an excellent idea for breakfast …

Oh, I'm so sorry. Please accept five pounds of frozen shrimp.
This shrimp isn't frozen! And it smells funny.
    OK, ten pounds.

  • I got this deal when it was on an offer wesbite perhaps 2 years ago. It was the same deal. The bucket is a decent size, not a cup as some claim. I distinctly remember being satisfied with the size of the bucket and I am the type of guy that really gets annoyed with small portion sizes. I dont remember the wine but I certainly remember being satisfied with this deal.

  • Dammit, just came back from sydney, :(

  • Fresh or frozen prawns, made in china? Lots of Chinese frozen prawns have preservatives and also feel flabby and taste … Tasteless! Lol

    • The original description says "just-caught delicious prawns". I toned it down a bit in my original post, however, as you asked, it was remiss of me to leave it out so I have corrected the deal description.

    I used this deal today.
We were served the sparkling wine promptly (Pepperton Estate Goodwyn Brut Cuve) Menu price $27

We had a bit of a wait for the prawns to arrive and one of the staff noticed at about the same time I was getting toey. They arrived soon after. The service was attentive after that.

There were 20+ good size prawns in my bucket and a similar number in the other.
All in all, I was very happy to pay $29 for this and we left them a tip.

  • This deal came up on OurDeal today, however it is still available at ShopperNova and there is no upfront cost with ShopperNova.
