Vitacost Referral time & do they check the referred person's details?

  I used to do that(srs), until they caught up to what I was doing. Usually takes about 6 or so hours;
  You will firstly get an email saying that someone registered under your referral
  Your Friend Has Joined Vitacost Rewards‏

  A few(6 or so) hours later(probably depending on time in US), you will get an email
  Woo-hoo! You've earned $10 to spend at Vitacost.com!‏

  When they caught on to what I was doing; they just sent out a cancellation
  Order Cancellation From Vitacost.Com‏

  Thank you for your recent order from Vitacost.com. As you requested, we have cancelled the item(s) from your order and your original payment method(s) will not be charged.

    Note that my probably first 20-30 were successful(making gain of about $200-$300); was able to purchase 10lbs; and 5lbs ON protein for the shipping cost($40-$50)

    I can't be stuffed doing it now, since they have introduce the new T&C's

    Tips(not sure if these do anything or not):
    -Use a mixture of Paypal and Credit Card when paying
    -Sign up using a mixture of alias, email hosts, etc

    ---

    I also done this with the Nestle Cup of Reward's; got myself about $200 worth of Jb Hifi gift cards

      They shouldn't be using payment method as a determinant of whos creating mutli accounts, what if I have like 20 brothers and sisters in my household that dont have a cc/dc except me? =p

      I haven't got any emails from Vitacost recently through my main account, including restock notices..

      When I used my own ref link for my second account, it was on Verifying Account Information, now that I've got the order confirmation on the second email, vitacostrewards says it's waiting for purchase..

      Did I do something wrong in the steps of referral? D:

        No, it should be right so far.
        The verification of purchase step is the longest

        (I did this around August of last year, so the process may be different now)
