    I have "heard" (audio book) all of Reacher series and its really good. Don't think Tom Cruise cuts it but still dying to watch the movie.

      I saw it the other day. Cruise doesn't make a good Reacher but he was alright. Didn't hate it/him. Lee Child makes a cameo in the movie. Non speaking role. See if you can spot him!

        Reacher is supposed to be a huge guy with hands the size of dinner plates. Tom Cruise may have the attitude but not the measurement.

      Having no pre-knowledge of the Reacher universe I thought the move was outstanding. Really, really enjoyable.

    is there anyway to 'download' the ebook so that I can read using other ereaders like Mobi Pocket book on my blackberry?

    Right now I am able to read it on my Kindle for PC.

      Hi Geo, Yes, Calibre is superb, but it needs a file to convert, e.g. epub, but the kindle on PC does not seem to have the file locally for Calibre to access and convert. This is my problem. Hence my question, is anybody able to download the kindle book file?

      I am able to read the book using Kindle for PC, but there is no file like epub or mobi etc in the PC.

        Northryder Kindle for PC does keep the file locally however they don't give it a user friendly name. The Amazon Books on my PC are stored at C:\Users\Melmac77\Documents\My Kindle Content and are all named something like B0041T5BCI_EBOK. To convert you must have the Tools plugin installed in calibre then import the book(eg B0041T5BCI_EBOK) into calibre this removes the DRM then you are able to conver it to whatever format you want. For more info read the Apprentice ALf Blog or PM me and I'll help out.
        Note Tools must be installed before putting the book in Calibre

          Thank you, melmac77. You were on the mark about the file, location and the plug-in tools. I have the book loaded on Calibre and now I can easily move it across to my BB which has the mobi pocket book
