Any good recommendations for Air Conditioners at the moment?

We're expecting to pay about $450 for installation but will do a ring around beforehand.
We installed a Kelvinator in our last house. They seem to be a little bigger than other models but you can save a bit over the big brands like Samsung, Pana, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi.
