    Interesting. I have a few different domains, walking through the checkout process, it seems that I have to specify which domain I want hosting for, can this be changed later?

    Does the discount apply if I pay for the 12 months up front?

      Sure, we can change the domain name you host with us for free at any point. Just fire us off an email, and we'll sort it all out for you should you want to change the domain name you're using with your web hosting account.

      The discount does apply if you pay 12 months up front, it doesn't apply if you choose month by month (because of extra payment processing costs).

        Trying to check out now, I can't get past the domain, since I own a .com address, it keeps taking me to the screen where I enter my ABN details, and it defaults the domain name to the .com.au suffix.

        I'm guessing this offer only applies to australian domains then?

        EDIT: Hang on I think I've found the problem, it's got a domain stuck in there from a previous attempt, can I can't seen to find the 'my cart' page to delete this item.

        EDIT2: Checked out, got it working, FYI I think your page needs some usability testing. There's no way to edit your cart or see it without going through the checkout.

          Hi again.

          The offer applies to any domain name. It sounds like you've clicked to order a .com.au domain and will need to remove it as you say.

          The option to delete an item from your cart, or empty your cart completely, should be there.

          If you have any problems, try clearing your cart and starting from scratch, or let me know and I'll get an order done for you manually.

      Thanks for your interest in our services.

      You can host up to 16 domains on the Starter plan, using the Parked and Add-on domains features of the plans. Hosting two sites would be easily done, but if you require both sites to have separate cPanel logins (so they can create their own email addresses and work with their own hosting accounts) then you would need two accounts.

      The offer expires on 5/2/13.

    I have 3 domain names. Can I use all of them at the same time using this hosting?

    for example, people can visit:

    www.aaa.com
    www.bbb.com
    www.ccc.com

    All the website works at the same time? And also can I I set up email address according to the websites?

      You can host all three websites on the one plan, by setting them up as add-on domain names.

      Add-on domain names allow you to have one main site, www.aaa.com setup, then the other two domain names would point to sub-directories in your webspace.

      That way you get all three sites working, showing their respective pages, with the one hosting account.

      Hi Tonyl.

      cPanel tends to start off that way. It's pretty powerful, and full of options, but that can be overwhelming.

      It'll do the basics for you while you get started (like creating email addresses) to get your site setup as you want, and then you can leave it once everything is done.

      We've used control panels like Plesk in the past, and we'll take your feedback on-board as we look to provision future servers.
