Looking for Top End Android Phones

I was looking to get a new top tier Android phone, but there aren't too many good deals atm.

A few on my hit list are:

HTC OneX
Samsung Galaxy SIII
Nexus 4 (If it DOES come out >.>)
Motorolla Razr HD

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What about the LG 4x HD - essentially a HTC One X but with removeable battery and micro sd card slot. It is currently $339 + shipping from kogan. I got one for myself earlier in the year as a tie me in until moto's x-phone or something like that (only because I couldn't get a Nexus 4). Great phone but would like a bit more battery life when playing games with full brightness (3-4hrs). Battery life is fine for non-gaming.

They're all (apart from the Nexus) getting "long" in the tooth.
New models will arrive in March, if you can hold out till then!
