Sounds like a scam.
They will probably ask for a small payment to gain access to their "Masters of Income(R)" SECRET system.

Of course IF their "system" actually made meaningful money, they'd be using it themselves instead of trying to scam strangers into forking out $$.

Yes, it appears to be a scam..and moreover the site is not opening now…There are many ways to earn through online and we should select the one that is not a scam and legit way to make money. To check whether a site is legit usually, I follow a simple checklist to see how well they do.
1) Use http://www.whoisxy.com/ to check the whois information and check whether the contact information matches with the one in the website.
2) In the domain contact details, is there a valid email address.
3) Is there a valid phone number visible, and does it work ?
4) Go through review about them using http://www.unmaskparasites.com and check whether they are scam free.

I was interested in earning through reselling business. When I searched for a legit
reseller I came across http://www.goresellers.com and ensuring their safety using the legality checking sites, I proceeded further and got an account with them and earn a decent income.
