Pretty sure EB's is a choice of one of the games listed and that you don't get all three.
Edit: Actually seems it's 3. Could turn out better if you can sell them I guess or you could trade them in at Game, JB, EB ect towards another title.

Harvey norman have a similar one with Tomb Raider Underworld, Alone in the Dark and a choice of Resistence 2, LBP, Motorstorm 2 or Singstar abba. EB's is LBP, Need for speed Prostreet and army of 2.
Depending what titles you want some may prefer Harvey Normans
but also… customer service in EB is really shit…. if you ever tried returning an item without the 7 day policy…. their really bloody annoying…
