Free trial of NBA League Pass is available again. Starting today, ends 27th of January. Watch games live and in HD, or watch archived games if you work during the day. I'm subscribed for the season and highly recommend it.
I believe that you need to provide credit card details, and it automatically subscribes you to the monthly plan ($30 a month) if you don't cancel the subscription by the 28th. So you might want to set a reminder to cancel it in your phone.
I did the same thing with skype haha.
Been wanting to test it out on my Roku and see how it goes, cheers for this!
Don't forget apple tv has nba app and the gui is local do it organises scores and stats for the season very neatly and has a smooth way of navigating through games.
Be really careful with this:

Dunno, that's a $150 gamble if you don't cancel in time. I forgot to cancel my skype trial but that was only $10
