Hey everyone, my sister wants to get a Note 2 4G phone. I've been wondering, where's the cheapest way to get the phone with a plan? And would it be cheaper to buy the phone and plan seperately? She only needs a little data to use while she's not working and is not at home, so 200mb will be enough. And she doesn't talk on the phone too much, nor text.

Adding with cheap plan like vaya mobile (optus network but no 4g) 10$ plan, annual cost is 800$/annual. You can compare with prepaid like virgin mobile long term prepaid.
On a mobile phone plan, cheapest seems to be vodafone according this whistleout comparison for note2 on 12month plan
Why does she need a 4g?
