Time zone?

Hi i live in adelaide and it is almost 7pm here, which time zone should i be selecting?

    Melbourne, Sydney etc. are +1000
    Adelaide is +0930

    The times and daylight savings are a bit off from what they should be.

    ok thanks heaps! yeah i couldnt find a time that matched exactly. hopefully i dont get the 5 post warning thing this time.
