FYI: GroceryRun.com.au has been charging people as a cash advance in early January

Apparently, Groceryrun had a glitch where instead of charging people normally as a credit card, they put through the transactions as a cash advance. If you've ordered from them in the past couple of days, check your bank statement.

    Exactly why I refuse to use COTD and their sister sites.

    Greedy, hopeless and couldn't care any less about customer satisfaction.

      To be fair, it was actually a mistake by their payment processor and they started fixing it ASAP. I think the bigger issue with the Catch sites is their response to support requests are notoriously slow. I only had to contact Groceryrun once and they responded within 24 hours and offered me half price shipping which they stuffed up and gave me free shipping.

    Just looked at my statement, I've been charged yesterday again for the same order - and I haven't placed anything with them for weeks?
