    Not here, either, but no surprise since Accor's administration processes and procedures seem to be still stuck in the 19th century. I am an Advantage Plus member and although I invariably book my hotel through the members' website they always fail to credit my points and then I have to chase them up to get things sorted-out.

    Letter that came with it said 'here are your tags..' doesn't that imply more than one?

    Haha me too, received in mail today. Not as good quality as the ones from KLM for sure, but still alright!

    Got mine yesterday. Looks fine, except the non-sticky glue attaching it to the letter wasn't.

    Received mine yesterday. A bit skeptical of the strength of the strap. Looks weak to me, can be easily removed or just fall off by itself.

      True. I received mine yesterday and the quality is disappointing. Although it is free, it makes me think the quality of the company is the same as the luggage tag I have received.
