  • I bought my Norwegia steam station from Deals direct for $70, but couldn't find one looking today. They have plenty of steam irons though - most of them refurbished Tefal. The $84.95 one has 5 star reviews from 2 happy customers and free shipping. eg review Catherine from Charlestown, NSW says, “I purchased this iron a few weeks ago, My husband uses an iron everyday for his work shirts and ive never successfully been able to purchase one to his satisfaction but this iron according to him is absolutely fantastic. You cant tell its refurbished and its so smooth while you iron it feels great.”

  • I recently discovered an "ironing lady". Found mine in the messenger local newspaper under "ironing". Mine offers flat top basket for $25, which means a basket full of wrinkled up clothes ironed for $25. SOOOO much fits in an ironing basket. It is so worth it. So my advice, forget the iron, and employ the ironing lady. We only have to get our ironing done every 2 weeks, cos you get about 14 mens shirts, and about 10 ladies shirts and some kids stuff, plus about 7 pais of dress pants into a basket ( I fold my stuff) WHat a bargain. Honestly, who would spend those hours for $25.
