Does it work offline?
You can download Bibles to use offline. Some are free and some cost (~$10).

actually quite the opposite, but kudos for making the wrong assumption. people evolve for the better. i think i've done well. too bad ozbargain doesn't always agree with me.
Am I the only one thinking it's kind of ridiculous that they're 'restricted' to 2.5 million copies? And the fact that the counter is fixed at 2,356,478 makes me even more dubious of this 'limited offer'…

These apps make their money from the translations at $10 each.
Although, after considering that provided translation - Lexham English Bible comes from Logos and is published under very generous conditions, it's possible that I'm been a little harsh.
That is how many is left. Maybe they only update every hour or so.
It's been over 3 hours since I posted and it's still 2,356,478. Perhaps it's only updated once a day, but either way I'm skeptical. Besides, in the entire history of the app it's only had '10,000 - 50,000' downloads on Google Play. I seriously doubt they're going to get 2.5 million downloads across the platforms.
It is so hard to write a comment in agreeance without writing something that will get me banned on ozb.
Would not like to see this kind of thing appear on ozbargain ever again.

I find myself wondering why the hell a Bible app needs subscriptions in the first place - not to mention the fact that the free subscription expires. Find a different app, people.
