After waiting a month COTD have offered a refund on the $198 Circulon pan set on the basis they were incorrectly advertised. But I am wondering if I ship them back will I ever see the refund? I would consider keeping it then at least I would have something for the money if they are dodgy at fronting up with the refunds. Also will they pay shipping cos its heavy?! Others experiences?
Wasn't those didgy Levi's was it? I returned a pair of them also.
Same experience, took a little while but refund went through.
For peace of mind register the package for $3 extra when posting it back.
definitely, get refund if you not happy, their photos looks 1000000x (feel free to add more zeros) better than item quality.
and, dont buy from them again.
I have returned stuff in the past. It takes time but it does get done…shipping is usually free as well
I returned a pair of Asics shoes that didnt fit by using their free postage service. It took a couple of weeks but I received my refund in the end!! I would say send the stuff back!!
I refunded one pair of jeans to them, they paid the shipping cost with their return label. I have no experience with heavy goods though. The refund process takes some time, but they process it eventually. Just send them a support question and usually they get back in 1-2 days time.
After all they have quite good after sales service, even not that quick.
