I have been searching for raw silverside (not those corned ones) and I just couldn't find one butcher sells it. I have tried my local butchers (Burwood area), the supermarkets and Costco and no luck.
Do you know any butcher in the inner west of Sydney that sells silverside?

Are you sure you're asking for the right thing? Admittedly I've never tried buying it in the inner west but I've never come across a butcher or colesworth that didn't sell such a basic cut.
It's actually very difficult to buy unadulterated silverside. The 3 main supermarkets only stock silverside that has been 'brined'.
What are you wanting to do with the joint? Roast it?
Topside = un corned
Silverside = corned
Ask for "Topside" and you will get more favourable response ;)
Different cuts. Topside is lean, silverside has connective tissue, which makes it good for roasting.

Two different cuts with very different texture. You will not get silverside by asking for topside but you will get to pay more. Topside can be roasted, silverside needs to be slow cooked.
Just buy brisket
Get Topside, same same.
It's also called the corned beef cut, even if it hasn't been corned yet.
