Been shopping around for ages for the best price on Australian Stock D7000. Apart from when JB hifi had a deal on (but no stock) this is the best price by far I have been able to find.
I picked up from the shop but I am sure they will ship for a reasonable price.
Comes with the 2 year Nikon Australia Warranty.
Of course is cheaper at Kogan etc for grey import stock, but if you can claim back the gst (business or travel) its not too much more for the 2 year nikon warranty…
Eglobal has 18 month guarantee and they pay for currier pick up from your house if you make a claim. For about $800 shipped, I'd say that would be a better deal than this one. This is a bargain forum after all.
Have been looking around for a Nikon D7000 too cjad. I'm planning to wait a little since the rumours suggest that there will be an updated version released this year, which I am hoping will drop down the price of D7000.
the updated version of D7000 is D600 with full frame sensor
D600 is a full frame sensor. D7000 is a cropped sensor. how can it be the replacement for D7000?

I enquired with them and this is their reply "one year voluntary but the statutory warranty could be longer if required".
They're grey imports, not authorised resellers.
It's always a gamble with grey imports. Even if they honored the warranty, it usually takes a long time before you get it back. If you make a living from the camera then I would recommend getting Australian stock with local Nikon warranty. If you don't make a living from it and don't need to subset of pro features that this camera has, why not consider a nice D5200/3200 for a lot less money.
