Get the DJI Osmo Action 4 for $328.
Reckon JB or HN would price match/ beat? Brissy based and no stock but technically it’s available in Aus.
Not in the market myself, but if I was, I would seriously consider DJI Osmo Action 4 as an alternative. Or go with GoPro 13, as it has a new type of battery, which is likely to be compatible with future models. And only about $150 more.

Just picked one up in Belrose. Great deal for a great camera. Hero 11 was the same price.

Pretty much identical sensor but they removed GPS and the zipper pouch in the Hero 12.
Save your time and go buy a DJI Osmo instead. GoPro sucks these days.
I agree all my go pros always overheat so I went with DJI Action 5 Pros no issues so far
