Half price means nothing if you don't provide any examples of the prices. Can't find any pricing anywhere on the site..

Need to put [SA only] or similar in the title so everyone else doesn't waste their time clicking…

  • Will fix that - sorry newbie mistake

  • I need one of these, unfortunately im not in SA :(

    • I was intrigued until I noticed the SA bit. Grrr. Sorted now but still.

  • If you post your areas I am happy to recommend someone reputable in your area - there are some shoddy resellers out there.

      some shoddy resellers

There are also some shady resellers selling blinds

    • anyone you can recommend in Sydney?

      • Sydnet is really tough - the market has changed a lot over the past few years. A number of the really good operators have been bought out by internationals.

        Maybe I would recommend http://www.wynstan.com.au/blinds/.

The owners are really switched on but they are a big company and I couldn't speak for how good there teams are. The bigger you get the more difficult it is to ensure go service.

  • Thanks for the deal.

Any idea of how much a window would actually cost? i.e. perhaps the 1.8m one you mention?

So if the 1.8 saves $63, and is 50% off, does that mean the original price is $126?

How much extra does adding the motorised functions and blinds?

I'm assuming the answer will be 'will need to be quoted' - but i'm just interested in a rough estimate because we are currently looking at some indoor blinds, but if the price is right some externals would do nicely.

    • Hey, I'll work something out for you and post up some prices for everyone to see.

You are correct that everything in our industry needs to be measured and quoted because rarely is everything perfect.

Not at the office at the moment so I'll post it later.

      • Any update to this?

  • Can these be used over windows similar to roller shutters (obviously without the security)

    • Hi BillQ - they are often used on windows add a more modern version of a Roller Shutter. They create great shade and the color range is immense.

        Great, thanks.
Will give you guys a call shortly.

  • any specials on the crimsafe doors?

    • We are not offering anything in the catalogue but we were planning on offering a Care Kit (normally about $45 value) free with Crimsafe doors add part of a Facebook offer in about a weeks time. You can keep an eye out there if you like.

Might put it on here as well :-)

  • Sounds like a pretty good deal, hopefully you'll run another promo in the near future when i finally get my pergola up.

    • We are not really a discount style company. There are plenty of companies that just double the prices and then offer 50%. Often their 50% prices are still higher than ours.

Our aim is to give good service and good price everyday so you'll do well whenever you choose to call us.

However, as part of our current marketing strategy we are trying to negotiate with suppliers to get a good short-term deal on a product and then offer that genuine saving to customer. If you keep an eye on our Facebook page you'll see when we offer one of those specials.

  • any suggestions for a good exterior blind supplier in melbourne? been meaning to get this done for a while now!

    • http://www.campbellheeps.com.au and http://cameronsblinds.com.au are two good companies in Melbourne. I am not sure if they both manufacturer Zipscreens.

Zipscreens are a new product (2 years since release) and we are one of the only companies in Australia manufacturing both. The system have different strengths and weaknesses so we can offer both without much conflict.

The South Australia market is way ahead of the rest of the country on these products because Ziptrak was designed and released here first. It's one of the only times we are ahead of the rest :)

Hope one of those two companies can help you. My experience with both shows me they are competent and trustworthy.

  • How long does the sale last?

    • Till the end of February.

  • Seems like decent prices. If it can be confirmed these can be those weatherproof (clear plastic type) blinds, then these would be awesome. Otherwise they seem to look a whole like internal roller blinds to me. Worth a phone call.

We have these Ziptrack blinds and they are excellent. They are outdoor and weatherproof and soooo easy to put up and down.
