My AAMI Home Insurance Renewal has arrived.
Last year I paid $1924 For Business @ Home Insurance.

Anyone have any good tips on a Competitive Alternative.
Seems that every time I find a Good Deal I get shafted 12 months later with any renewals.
I do have Half a Dozen different insurances for A Rental I have and also Vehicles etc.

    You should post it as a deal

    Mine has been going up over 50% every year.

    Other quotes are over 100% for me

    Follow Up.
    I had left a message for them to call me and they followed up and gave me a call.
    They had upped my insurance based on what they think my house was worth plus all the other stuff.

    Truth is is I was to try and sell my home or if it burnt down to the ground the Value they had on it was well above what I would have ever received.
    Market value on my home was changed to a more reasonable replacement value ( this does not include Home contents etc )
    this is something they had upped themselves which was the bulk of the increase.
    Value on my Home and also my contents was reworked on a more realistic value should the need ever arise.
    in saying that its definitely not uninsured but a more realistic value.
    the $60k extra on the home part they added themselves for this year added a significant cost.
    its still more than the $1924 i paid last year but within acceptable limits for me to afford based on what it covers.
