Do you sell the replacement battery and pad kit on the website as well ($410)? Surely it would be worth buying both together?

Is this other one the better deal? Full 4 year battery and pad life and has wifi built-in… https://thedefibwarehouse.com.au/store/lifepak-cr2-wifi-in-s… $2,097 ($459 more)

  • Both are excellent deals. The WiFi also has cpr insight which is a valuable clinical feature. The new battery and pads are not required until the current ones expire but cost 503 dollars at that point. I have run with this deal on ozbargain because it is far and away the least expensive CR2 in market

  • I've plus voted this deal as not a bad price to at least get a defib in your house/work place.

But for a couple hundred dollars more, have a look at the HeartSine 500P Defibrillator (around $1850-1900).
Not only are the replacement batteries and pads much cheaper, but the 500p will also give feedback on how well the person is doing CPR (too slow, too fast, too soft, too hard).
And the replacement pricing is for both batteries and pads. The CR2 replacement battery is over $400, then pads on top (which also expire).

  • You’re right on the 500p. It’s a great device but unfortunately isn’t available at the moment. It also doesn’t have seamless child mode and doesn’t escalate to 360 joules like the CR2. The changeover battery and pads aren’t inexpensive on the cr2 but 360 joules requires more power and the pads are one unit for adult and paediatric
