The Good Guys Commercial Login Failure

Is anyone having issues with logging into the Good Guys commercial website?

I’m not sure if it’s coincidental, but after the cyber attacks on the super funds, it now says “Your organisation has been disabled”

It was working a week ago, but now I get this message. I am with REST super which got hacked

    Did you reuse a password with REST and Good Guys? Maybe hackers have been trying to get into TGG too?

      doubt it. TGGC keeps asking to change password.

    I tried to reset my password and that was successful. Still, when I try logging in it gives the same error message. I'm not sure if The Good Guys disassoicate the Super accounts so they don't get hacked as well?

    I have had the same issue as well this morning. Very odd considering i was looking on the website 6 days ago with no issues.

    I've always had issues with it, endless sign in loops and bugginess. Rarely works for me.

    I’ve never had an issue accessing it.

    Seems it’s been removed from their website/app as a benefit, unless it’s just me? 🤷🏻‍♂️

      That's interesting. I open my app and checked the rewards and its no longer there… If they did take it off, shoudn't there be some sort of correspondance? I didn't get any emails about it
