Shipping kills the deal, unfortunately
This is a very very small air purifier. Putting things in perspective, the entire unit is about the same size of the Xiaomi filter alone. The Xiaomi 3H has a CADR of 380 and uses 38W of power. So you'd need 3 of these BluePro units to match the Xiaomi.
That being said, the question is whether you would run the Xiaomi at full speed all the time as it sounds like a jet engine.But I think what kills this deal is the filter is only rated at 1000 hours. There are nearly 9000 hours in 1 year so it would be damn expensive to run this purifier with the need to constantly change the filter. Even if you only ran it 8hrs/day whilst you slept in your bedroom at night, you'd still need several filters a year.
I was considering buying a few of these as $40 is about the cost of my Xiaomi filters alone, but now I'm not so sure.
I guess if you have a blower, you can easily blow away dust or vacuum the filter not 100% but at least 90% cleaner, so just reuse it.
Since they're just wind flow in and out anyway, don't expect those can filter virus to be fair.
