American Express Gold Card 30,000 MR Points When Referred, Only $130 Annual Fee

Amex have 30,000 MR points on their Amex Gold Card if you are referred. If you are approved for the card I also get 10,000 points. PM me if your interested.

If you sign up for this card without a referral you get 0 bonus MR points.

If you redeemed the points for gift cards you would get over $200 of value (a coles gift card is 13,500 points for $100). A good churn offer.

A friend of mine signed up for this card and then cancelled a couple of months later and got a pro-rata rebate on the annual fee. Not sure if this is policy or not so don't bank on it, but worth a try.

    I am happy to refer anyone who is interested in this offer. However, I think the Platinum edge card is a better offer for $149 a year. You will also get a free return domestic flight with selected routes within australia flying with Virgin Australia. However the referral bonus is lesser, you get 15,000 points, I get 10,000points.           How can we be sure of that? I once signed up to TPG via a reseller here promising me a cashback but after that just disappeared.

    if anyone needs a referral for any of amex cards they can pm me their email address stating the type of card they want to apply for. note for gold charge card you get 30k but not for the gold credit card you dont get any referral points
