        I got a cass of the 18 a couple of weeks ago at abou $70 or so and it drink a lot better than it should.

      It is designed and priced as a top red "Quaffer" wine, cheap and cheerfull to appeal to many.

      Great price, just not sure how the 2017 vintage is aging, less vibrant fruit, so may not appeal to as

      many people as a fresher younger bottle of same wine.

      I will never understand women and "sweet" red wine. Even my wife says the same. We've found the Two Churchers Cab Sauv to be decent.

      The current vintage that you you buy off the shelf at any bottleshop is pretty sweet compared to most reds . But not compared to a rosé or some pinots etc.

      I get this often, and have done for years - just as an occasional mid week easy to drink cheapy (sometimes 6 for $36, often $42 though - $39 if you buy DM gift cards for 5% off), I like it chilled also in summer.

      But a warning I once found a 2 year old bottle a the back of the pantry and it tasted pretty bad, I'm not sure how a 8 year old one is going to taste. I wouldn't buy this 2017 stuff.

    eBay is allowing me to add only one discount code JWMARCH10 or OFF20 not both.
    Best price I could get is AU $55.20 using OFF20 code or $62.xx using the 10% code

    4 buck plonk. Already got vinegar in the cupboard.

    2 litre cask red is nice and I'd drink it any day over these.

    For anyone who bought this, just make sure you've got a bottle opener.

    I got a dozen of the shiraz bottles and I was surprised to see they use corks, not screw tops. So they're probably a cancelled export.
