Protein deals! These prices seem in the decent range to me. It’s showing $12 usual price for the whiting and $7 usual price for the meatballs but I’m sure both are usually more than that. Not amazing prices but pretty good compared what else is available in supermarkets at the moment.

        I would guess so depending on tastes. These are 80% beef. Ikea ones are 50% beef 25% pork. The Woolies ones have about half the fat compared to ikea. Ikea has the advantage of being frozen for convenience.

  I've found frozen whiting fillets to have a really high water content.
