Been trying to find an answer to this, but doesn't seems like anyone has mentionen it yet.

Topcashback website doesn't mention partial refund affecting the cashback though.

    Ok thanks all! I guess I'll only accept partial refund if it's greater than the cashback itself and the item is still in good condition.
