Dim City: open from 12 noon to 4pm, at the Lonsdale Street entrance of Emporium Melbourne, while stocks last

- The Cheesy Kimchi One: kimchi, pork and cheese, Eun Hee An, Moon Mart (fried)
- The Spicy One: lamb, chicken, cumin, coriander and green chilli, Rosheen Kaul (steamed)
- The Sweet One: banana, jackfruit and caramel, John Rivera, Askal, Kariton Sorbetes (fried)
Promotional staff will be distributing dim sims at Emporium Melbourne. To claim, entrants must visit the Dim Sim activation between 12pm and 4pm on 28/03/25 and join the queue. Upon reaching the front of the line at the activation, entrants will be required to sign up to the Emporium e-Newsletter database at https://www.emporiummelbourne.com.au/sign-up. Upon completion of the entry form, they will be eligible to receive a dim sim (see Annexure A for the available options). Food items are limited to 1,000 and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum one (1) food item per person.
