It's going into autumn here in the southern hemisphere. Know your customers first.

    • haha the next line of their email “🍂 And for our Southern Hemisphere friends: As the air cools, enjoy the comfort of homemade cream cheese, hearty sourdough, and probiotic kefir to support immunity through fall and winter.”

Probably thought Oz was someplace near Kansas.

  • Cool, might check it out.

I’ve had kefir grains for years, make a few batches here and there then it sits in the fridge for a while after I forget about it. Great for making pancakes or oladi.

I’ve made filmjolk just by taking a bit of commercial filmjolk and mixing it with milk then leaving it in the bench for a day. Haven’t tried with yogurt though.
