Mmmm paying money for out of date products.

    • +3

So like how NQR have been doing it for ages yeah?

  • +1

40% off for out of date beer is not a bargain, I got 100% off (full refund) when received out of date chocolate bar from Catch few days ago.

    • -4

Yeah, you didn't buy the chocolate knowing that it was past best before so that's a bit different.

    • +2

A $5 chocolate bar is a bit different to $130 worth of beer.

  • +7

Out of date on the most oxidation sensitive beer style… Not even worth the gamble

    • +4

      its $79 for 32 cans.
I rather $79 on 24 my fav cans.

  • Great reviews of the beer on Dan's https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_271392

    • +12

Probably reviews based on the beer being in date.

  • +10

Y’all really selling out of date beer for $79 as if that’s some deal?

  • +3

    16 cans isn't a case sorry.

    $79 for 32 cans… expired cans…c'mon man.

  • +7

Remember when Stone and Woods pacific ale was absolutely delicious before being bought out? Pepridge Farm remembers

  • $79 for out of date beer ? At that price, does it come with a time machine to take you back to when it was in date and actually fresh ?

  • how is this a bargain?

  • -1

Just fermented more, you'll be blind after one can.

    • Either that or it’ll taste like an Aluminium Pale Ale

  • "…this brew is best enjoyed fresh and chilled for the ultimate refreshing experience."

    1/2 ain't bad, I guess.

It could be a bit cheaper, OP - but it's also a beer that won't age well. Sorry to see you getting slapped in the comments. It happens.

  • +5

Do it for $50 and your got yourself a deal.

  • Looks like a Balatro voucher

  • +8

We shouldnt encourage past best before beer deals IMO.

Try discounting it BEFORE it is out of code

  • This is not a deal at all!

  • +1

I'm all for using stock past a best before. But a hoppy beer is a risky one.
    Lager etc ..no probs.

But a Hazy, that wasnt much more full price from First Choice not long ago.

Hmmm, gonna be a tricky one…

Little bit proud of the OZ B 'beersumers' to be honest.

  • A big risk for one of these fruity little craft beers that odds on tastes like cats piss and that’s before it’s gone off.

All good guys, thanks for playing. We have now sold out of these. We get how to discount before they go out of date but sometimes there is a stack missed in rotation. Cheers!
