    All well and good but battery likely will give you 2hrs screen time if you’re lucky. You can take it to Apple and pay $150 for a new battery though.

        I have the 12 Mini. I've had the battery replaced during it's life.

        The Mini's battery is so small to begin with that having 85% capacity is shit.

        Lower 80%s was basically unusable for me.

          How does the camera go? I am still using an old samsung 10 and was wondering if this would be good to buy just for the better camera? That is the only reason I would want a new phone and I'd be happy carry this thing around as a dedicated camera if it were significantly better than the s10..

          Battery on my 12 mini is down to 75% now and I've found it really unstable for running a lot of apps :(

    I bought a iphone 13 mini in facebook market only 350, just for your reference. 13 mini has more decent battery life for the newer processor.

      The SE gen 3 screen size diagonally is 11.9cm vs 12 Mini 13.7cm.
      SE size is 13.84cm x 6.73cm vs 12 Mini 13.15cm x 6.42cm

      Personally I prefer the much larger screen size with the smaller phone form factor.

      We have both, yes it’s better. Camera is markedly better with night mode as well. Physical home button on se is nice tho.

      i found myself a 128gb se 2020 for $100 and saw many 64gb ones for around that and a few for slightly less even. Id say it's much better value to get one over these.

    I have a 12 mini and love the form factor, but the battery life is pathetic. Mine’s at 80% and I can’t get through a day and night without a top-up. I will likely get the battery replaced soon since the phone works great and is still snappy.

    I have a 12mini as my daily since 2021 and battery life is not an issue as I actually do real work instead of scrolling all day, camera is decent and small size means it does not get in the way,

    I have 13 mini and charge 2-3 times per day. The week it turned 0ne the battery went from 88% to 83%

    Browsing this on my 12 Mini now. Battery almost lasts a day with mild browsing. Bought it on that crazy Telstra sale day new, 128 5g version for under $600 or $700 (can’t remember). So it sounds like these are sanitised trade ins. But if you have spare change and tight pants, might be ok.

    I had a 12 mini and the battery life was inadequate. Even from new i could barely get to the end of a day. Would not recommend on that basis. I heard the 13 minis had better battery life, so I'd get one of them instead if I wanted that form factor.
