Been a few times at various locations and can recommend ClubMed resorts around the world. 7 nights is probably the best option as it actually feels like a rather relaxing holiday. Chanced upon these whilst looking for the destination for our Dec trip.
All inclusive onsite and facility is second to none.
They do get booked out rather quick, even at RRP.

The example deal would have been amazing it it was for the recommended 7 nights suggested, but it's only for 3 nights. Still decent, but not the same value proposition.
Yes. Ours averaged out to be $1.5-2k night from early Dec. Good value. Because accommodation at a semi decent ski resort/ryokan with onsite onsen is 700-1k a night (dinner/breakfast included), then there lift pass etc.
