Does anyone have experience with the cashback claim for TEMU from Shopback? Is it better to return the order or wait for the outcome?

The word you are looking for is an "acroynm," not slang… but nice try👍
- I didn't want to confuse the cool kids with big words like acronymn.
- They don't sound as cool if they're using acronyms versus slang.

It's technically an initialism because there is no way you can say the word and not sound like you're having a stroke.

It is 41% cashback, not just a few dollars. I placed the order because of the cashback, which is about $70. Temu is not good at tracking cashback, so Temu has to pay for their tracking system, not us. In the cashback deal, you can find many people who get their missing cashback claim rejected after a few months.
If you did everything correctly and your missing cashback claim is rejected by Shopback then contact AFCA. They will give Shopback a kick up the proverbial.
I just found out my cashback claim from Temu got rejected last year. I did everything correctly. I definitely will return this order. I contacted shopback. I only got an auto-reply

Ok… well 41% isn't a 'normal' cashback rate…. So are you sure you meet all the special terms?
In the cashback deal, you can find many people who get their missing cashback claim rejected after a few months.

I am sure I meet all the special terms. Last time I used Topcashback. And didn't track. They approved my cashback a few months later.
You can check any Temu cashback post and search track you can find lots of orders didn't track
for example:

Me too, used temu with topcashback 4 times previously. Only 25% success rate.

shopback is very hard to contact support. not phone number and no email, only online chat with robot
I opened up a ticket successfully recently regarding a missing cashback that ticked over the 90-day threshold and didn't have an issue, that was through the chatbot and no I'm not a Shopback Plus member (Which apparently gives you 'Priority' support if you are!)
I am plus member but what is priority support?
@RichardF89: This is one of the 'Rewards' as part of being ShopBack Plus member, what that actually means is anyone's guess… Maybe someone with a ShopBack Plus membership that has taken advantage of the 'Priority' support can chime-in here and elaborate

I have had a number of TEMU orders not track or get rejected. I am done with shopback. The CS is non-existent. There is one user here on OzB that works for them, that is lovely. But good luck dealing with the company directly.
I have given up on Temu - nothing ever tracks regardless which cashback site you use.
I'm in the same boat with Temu. Had a $60 cash back missing. Put in request and had it rejected 2 days ago. Will be cancelling Shopback account.

We did some largish purchases at high cashback and
$600+ worth of them have been rejected.I am giving ShopBack a few days to correct the situation

Nope, did a claim, which then got the status waiting for Temu, and was stuck like that for 2 months. It did automatically calculate how much cashback I'm supposed to get so maybe it did track.
OK, mine also shows how much I can get. But my claim, which was rejected last year, also shows how much I can get. I think the amount is based on the cashback rate and the amount of money you entered.
In B4 all the cool kids start using slang…
