Hi all, with all the Closing Down offers I got some shoes for my mother. She only likes those type of comfortable shoes.
The problem is, I ordered them on 1st March, and Rivers still haven't shipped them yet. On the order it says that it would take 7-10 business days to process the order due to their delays.
I did it with a Rivers and a PayPal guest account. I've called Rivers, sent them email and have no response. On the phone they said that they would contact the WH and never again contacted me, the email hasn't been replied on over a week.
How can I recover the money? Have you ordered anything lately? How long it took to get dispatched?
I worry that if I call Rivers to cancel it, they will again take forever to do anything then end up without money and shoes.
I paid with as PayPal guest; however, I used the same email (when checking out) than my actual Pay Pal account so it won't let me create a new account and it won't appear on my actual account to request a refund?
Is there a way to contact PayPal to get it imported into my account?
My last step would be to call the bank but unsure if they would do a charge back from a debit card and what evidence they would request.
Any advice will be appreciated.
