I’ve got a free morning in Surry Hills next Sunday before I fly out, I’d like to try some high quality specialty coffee there or nearby.
Any suggestions?
So far I’ve got Jibbi Roatsers on the shortlist.

Both Kwila and Single O are excellent recommendations (I was going to recommend them as well)
Not in Surry Hills but Normcore does excellent coffee
I've only been to Single O couple of times, mainly because, sorry from the prices, it's very busy, and the service at the times I've been had been pretty cold. Just a warning.
The best coffee I've had in Surry Hills (and I've had a few) is a Wilsons Cafe in Richards Lane - about 20 metres from The Clock Hotel (opposite Shannon Reserve)
Artificer Coffee, Reuben Hills, Paramount Coffee Project.
Pick whichever is most convenient to you. They are all great.
The original Bourke St bakery is there too. Great sausage rolls

Sunday makes it trickier as some good ones are closed, like Kwila.
Single O is open, good coffee, albeit expensive.
