    You can use it to advise on the age of all files in folders/subfolders. Handy when archiving, as it will copy and paste files over a certain age into a new directory, but retain the original folder structure too of all the files it found. I use it at work for this purpose.

  One great feature is the dual pane panel for file browsing and copying.
  You can also have tabbed browsing with dual panes
  I prefer xyplorer
  Also can set double click on empty space to move up a folder
  If you use the default windows explorer you are running a poor and slow computer experience
  Try a demo or check YouTube to see how advanced this and xyplorer can get
  Things like queueing file transfers, duplicates, preview etc

    Thanks for the recommendation - xyplorer has a great feature set. I've used teracopy for a while as a great copy replacement.. but never occured to me to look for a file explorer replacement.

    grabbed the xyplorer lifetime license before they stop offering it. Not sure if I got conned, but they claim to plan to stop offering it sometime this month…

        Sorry for the late response - xyplorer has been great! Upped the productivity on all file management tasks :-)

        I think it is going to be a standard install on all future builds. Highly recommended.
