BWS 25% Cashback (capped at $20 per member).
Ends 11:59pm AEDT 22/03. Excludes Champagne, Penfolds, non-alcoholic.

My tips:

  • Wait till it tracks before you pick up the order. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
  • Based on previous feedback, pick up orders can only be placed at some BWS stores during opening hours.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Champagne, Penfolds, non-alcoholic products (sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible).
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Orders paid partially or in full with Everyday Rewards dollars.
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
  • Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

    Shame that one has to use BWS App to get normal prices for some items which would prevent cashback. On web $69 via app $60 whereas in DANs is by default is 14% cheaper @ $59.95. Cashback makes BWS cheaper but only by +/-11% unfortunately (says greedy me). :-)

      It’s normal business practice to reserve stock for instore purchases, backup, etc

      BWS/CR usually tracks within half an hour. If your order hasn't tracked in a few hours, it is better to cancel and reorder. This is to reduce the risk of rejection with missing cashback claims.

    I placed an order when they had a deal like this on Feb 21st, I didn't get the tracking email until the 10th of March…

    I was almost going to cancel the order when the tracking email didn't come through fast like normal, but I couldn't be bothered calling them and going through the cancellation process, I wasn't happy, I was shocked when the tracking email came through weeks later…

    (Edit: I normally use a Chrome incognito browser window for BWS orders with these CR deals, I didn't for this above order… I just placed an order on this deal with incognito, tracking came through in 10 mins)
