    The write speed is basically the same for both (125 vs 130 mb/s), the SanDisk has higher read speed which doesn't matter.

    The Samsung Evo select is also fine, you basically need something that can write over 90mb/s

      Write speed over 100 isn't going to matter for these cards in most devices anyway. Most cameras aren't going to support the advertised speeds on these cards because of the proprietary protocols they use. If you need write speed over 100MB/s in camera you generally need to buy a UHS-II card instead.

      In Sony/Canon full frame cameras the EVO select performs the same as these UHS-I V30 PRO plus and Extreme PRO cards.

    Perfectly fine for a steam deck. A cheaper (and slower) card would also be more than fine.
