they have a new 20000mAh model that's not that much bigger and only slightly heavier than this. it's got a new power dense battery.

I was waiting for it to come on sale, then it just disappeared from amazon? looks like they suddenly pulled it from AU market.

also forgot to mention it's not cheap. $119 I think it was, maybe down to $70 on sale. it did 65W out and 45W in if I remember correct.

here I found it, but it hasn't come back in a month since it was removed.
    10.92 x 7.11 x 2.79 cm; 324.1 Grams. https://www.amazon.com.au/INIU-20000mAh-Compact-Portable-Cha…

    $16 dollar one in deal is 10.54 x 6.6 x 2.39 cm; 240 Grams. with half the capacity. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09176JCKZ

    • I have one and tested it thoroughly, it's amazing. Yes it recharged at 45W in under 2hrs.

Just want to confirm, I know these can be brought with you onboard during travel, but I heard news saying many airlines don't allow you to use them anymore inflight. aka, you can bring them, but you cannot use them…. is this true?

    • never had an issue. search the airlines policy.
maybe your confusing with the fact that airliners dont allow you to use them while takeoff and landing.

    • i think you can take them on board the plane, as in your carry on luggage, but not to be stored in the cargo bay (your checked in luggage)

  • Just checked a few airlines. Qantas/Virgin no problem, but this is quoted from Singapore airline:

"Effective 1st April 2025, Singapore Airlines customers will not be allowed to charge portable power banks via the onboard USB ports, or use power banks to charge their personal devices, throughout the duration of the flight."

    From Thai Airways:
"Thai Airways International Public Company Limited is introducing a new safety measure to enhance onboard security, prohibiting the use of power banks while onboard. This regulation will take effect from March 15, 2025 onwards."

    From Malaysia Airline:

"Effective 1 April 2025, all passengers travelling with Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and MASwings must comply with the updated policy on carrying power banks on board.

Power banks must be carried with you at all times and should not be placed in the overhead compartments. During the flight, you may store them in your carry-on bag under the seat, or in the seat pocket in front of you. Magnetic wireless charging power banks must be kept in a separate bag or protective pouch to prevent unintentional activation.
Charging or using of power banks is strictly prohibited throughout the flight. "

Thought this information could be useful for someone.

  • Thanks OP, mine just got delivered. Tested charging on my S25 Ultra and charges at 'Fast Charging' speeds.

  • got gone thanks OP
