when did you purchased your CRV? if you purchased your CRV between the listed date above, i can send you a form [which i received from honda] you just fill in the form, and send it to honda together with a copy of your purchase contract.
Once honda receive the form, both you and me can get $200 each for the fuel.

ok, i can refer 4 guys, 1 had been used with my mate on whirpool, another 2 will go for "mikedavis67" and "Bgaheer" (form to follow, waiting for honda to send over to me)
different person will have different reference number.
