      D1 was the original the series got progressively worse with every sequel IMHO. Character development went to $h1t after D2.

        Check the ingredients, then ask yourself (or an AI or Google) why "tocopherol" ie. "Vitamin E" has to be included, but is not marketed as containing it ;)

        HINT: because once the redox chemical reaction occurs there is no "Vitamin E" actually in the product

          Your body can produce K2 naturally but not always easy to get enough. Formented soybeans are a good source (natto) as is kale & sauerkraut.

          People often supplement, especially in countries that don't get enough sun in winter for a month to several months at a time.

          I've got the Nature's Craft brand before.

          It's interesting the Liposomal Vitamin D3 K2 MK7 - 365 Softgels | VIT D3 5000 IU + K2 100 has been rebranded on Amazon now.

          • @G-rig: Don't forget lots of K2 (and K1) in cheese, the harder the cheese, the more K2 (and D3, A, B12, etc)

            Wait until you plunge into the world of Anti-Nutrients and why you can not actually absorb any of the kale nutrients (due to a massive amount of oxalate in kale leaf - which incidentally also causes kidney stones)!

            • @7ekn00: Kale is alright and much better than baby spinach for oxalates. Every anti-vegan vlogger is quick to mention anti-nutrients without understanding it. Just like lectins. People aren't dying from eating anti-nutrients or too many planta, it's other lifestyle choices and bad habits.

              Cooking can easily eliminate most if not all (and kale actually gets more nutrient rich with cooking).

                Funny you mention that, look into "plant sterols" - they replace "cholesterol" in the body, but are quickly secreted by macrophages into the lining of arteries (in situations where the macrophage will maintain the sequestering of actual cholesterol) ;)

                Plant sterols are so similar to cholesterol that pathological "staining" also detects sterols - but the formations are different, plant sterols form sharp dagger type stains while actual cholesterol forms clumps - guess what stain pattern you find in damaged coronary arteries in patients with ischaemic heart disease (yes, it's a dagger appearance)?!?

                    One of my companies is a research consultancy (they hook people that want to research something up with funding, ethics, scientists, etc). Just started a project in Sydney for a sports science doctor that has already shown all of the above, and wanted to launch a bigger in vivo trial ;)

                    He already reversed my coronary artery calcium score from 104 to zero in just under three years!

                    • @7ekn00: Sounds interesting. I'm all about treating the cause not the symptoms and a lot of that can be done with healthy habits and choices (although there would be a small percentage of people with hereditary issues).

                      If everyone ate healthfully and exercised then a lot of these pharmaceutical companies would be out of business, haha. You can reverse a lot of health issues with a plant based diet.

  • MK7 can cause heart palpitations in some folks, so watch out. How is this brand otherwise? never heard of them before.

    • So can red bull and many things. It probably means underlying issues. What amount per day would cause that?

      Just try and get all vitamins and nutrients from food where possible and get a Blood test if worried about deficiencies.

      Do resistance training to maintain good bone health.

      • Its a known thing among large FB supplement groups and they warn when buying MK7 and suggest MK4 instead, though mk7 has a better half life and is overall better than mk4. Getting all the vitamins from food would be the best thing, but D3 is predominantly standing in the sun for vegetarians.

        Well for me even couple of days of 100mcg would cause palpitations.
