Supposedly the best for removing plaque but also being kind to gums. 3 Camels says the lowest price in 12 months, so a deal IMO!

      This is cross action.

      You linked to precision.

Not saying either is better or worse but apples and oranges kinda thing.

I'd say it's more of a Pink Lady and Granny Smith kinda thing

        • Haha!

          Yes, agreed.

Yes, I know that. Tried both, no difference.

Like I said, I didn't say either was better.
Just pointing out the products are different to others who might not pick up on it.

    • Link?

    • I would also like the link if you got it, thanks

    • I've always been wary of after markets. I thought all brushes were the same, but apparently even some Oral-B heads can wear away at the gums and cause issues. I figure for a $5-10/year saving it's not worth it if it gives you teeth issues. Aftermarkets may be more abrasive or come with bad materials.

    • aftermarket brushheads often don't last as long and can be more abrasive
oral b genuine heads are the way to go - not too bad if you buy in bulk.

If you use your oral b electric toothbrush correctly then it should not be abrasive. Most oral b branded ones have pressure sensors that flash/slow down. The key technique is to let the brush do the work for you - eg let it sit in the correct position/angulation for long enough without having to 'scrub'.

  • Just with most other things, these heads are being moved from being produced in Germany to China now.

    • Wow didn't know. Just this specific variety of all of them now being MIC?

      • From what I observed majority of their heads are moved to China now.
