Referrer will receive USD $35 credit after referee earns USD $10 cashback or more. Referee gets US$10.
Nooooooooooo
Another 50 orders?
Come to me with such things!
Bought the 7800x3d by registering a new account last night to take advantage Of the 48%. Still hasn't tracked
Did the same, canceled my order after 2 hours
So you have to join the USA TCB? Is that problematic and if so how? Do I need a US address or something?
Edit: Never mind. It looks likely to end in tears.
Members who are residents of countries outside of North America are welcome to use www.topcashback.com however all non-US members must be mindful that some merchants will not ship to outside the United States or North America, or will not pay the cash reward for transactions that originate, or members who are based, outside of the United States. A cash reward will only be paid for a transaction that the merchant deems eligible and provides us with the reward to pass on. A merchant’s page may or may not state if non-US residents qualify for its cash rewards.
some people on here used TCB for pureVPN 130% said it works. Aliexpress probably ship from outside of the US too, so … risk it lol
The merchant knows which afdress it shipped to so could deny the cashback if it didnt comply that way
Maybe use a mail forwarding in US
also key words "Get up to 48% of the price back…"
Could be $30 max..
Meaning 8% existing customers up to 48% for new customers
Just an IME, but I've bought multiple different items from different sellers off AliExpress whilst using TCB US. All of them tracked and though it took a few months for the cashback to become payable, I got the funds in the end.
Anyone know …
Is a New User a first-time purchase on AliExpress, or a first-time purchase on AliExpress via USA TCB?
Presume its the same definition of new user as with tcb au, new user of aliexpress (new account).
it's common sense, or at least how shopback works, not sure about TCB but it's the first purchase via the cashback site, doesnt matter if it's 2nd 3rd purchase of your old AE account. So i dont think make new account works if u already bought stuff on AE through TCB before.
Someone mentioned this elsewhere for another cashback provider (maybe ShopBack?), but it wasn’t entirely clear. I guess it depends whether the new user cashback boost is backed by AliExpress, or if it’s a self-funded promo from the cashback provider
New user on AliExpress with first time purchase.
That'll also get you a nice discount (sometimes 60 - 70% off the main price)
Not sure why…I have tried creating new Aliexpress account and it will still detected as "existing users"
When applying the new user coupon, it prompt error saying it is only eligible for new users (even on my nearly created account)
Earlier this month, I created a new account on AliExpress, and surprisingly, ShopBack correctly recognized me as an existing user. Apparently, AliExpress determines who is a new user, and I used the same PayPal account for both accounts.
I feels like somehow Aliexpress can tell who is "real" existing user
I even sign up in incognito mode with VPN and still not eligible for any new user coupons / discounts
Did do this when it was 50% which was yesterday and it still hasn't tracked but I guess it might take a bit longer.
That is a lot
I don't understand, the coupon says "deduct $70 for every $469 spend", how is that 48% cash back?
Apples and oranges, coupons and cashback
well, it is very confusing for me, it shows "Up to 48% cash back" under the coupon.
Also, 'up to' doesn't mean it will definitely be 48%, how do we check the % back before purchase?
Meaning 8% existing customers up to 48% for new customers
Just to be clear, AliExpress supplies coupons which you can apply at payment time to reduce the price. Cashback is a marketing tool whereby if you buy affiliated products via a 3rd party (ie click thru from an app/website), AliExpress will pay the 3rd party a fee, some of which they reimburse to you as ‘cashback’.
Latest reviews of the AliExpress cashback on the site don’t seem too promising
Ouch, yeah reading them now, guess it really is too good to be true to expect $1000 off on a $2000 item or the such.
Personally, I'm shocked
Would the coupon code qualified the cash back?
So many questions..
1) I understand it's a lower cashback rate for existing customers, but the wording of "up to 48%" for new customers.. Is it tiered depending on the product category? Why is it "up to" 48% for new customers?
2) Do the usual "AE affiliate product only" rules apply here?
3) Is the cashback amount capped? Surely with a 48% rate, it's capped at a maximum dollar value, right?
4) Is this definitely even obtainable for Australian based individuals? It's no use listing it on Ozbargain if it can't safely be obtained by Australians, right?
4b) My partner's family are actually based in the US, so if I were to use their address as the billing address, but my Australian address as the shipping address, would this potentially increase my chances of the cashback being successfully issued?
5) Does the cashback theoretically still apply with the current anniversary sale coupon codes, as it normally does for TCB AU AliExpress cashback?
Any insights from those with more knowledge than I would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Same, for starters assume one would need a US bank account to even withdraw the cashback?
Looks like PayPal is an option
Ive used it and usually opt for a prepaid visa or amex to use on US site subs etc
@easternculture: @easternculture don't suppose you'd happen to be clued in on any of the above questions of mine? :)
@MarisaEm: 1- https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16357632/redir
2- @Clear
3- nothing in terms specify its capped
4- i have a TCB US account and many other ozbargainers have too
4b- unknown
5- only the coupons listed on the linked page to this deal
@easternculture: The anniversary sale is listed under 'Deals', so guess it's ostensibly safe then, but for big ticket items still feels too good to be true.
@easternculture: 1) but the "up to".. You're implying then that the "up to" is only in reference to the fact that it's below this amount for existing users?
4) did you need to create a new aliexpress account for use with your TCB US account, in order to make use of this deal?
6) Have you ever had an AE purchase NOT track through TCB US?
This really feels too good to be true. Wanting to purchase a couple of ~$2K items from AE, but it feels like a lot of risk is involved with this one…
Have successfully received cashback on big ticket items from AE through SB before, but yeah.
@MarisaEm: Unless shipping to a US address there's also the below which was posted above that I'd be wary of + the recent Ali reviews on the TCB US page sounding pretty grim. Very tempting as I'd save $500 theoretically on a Xiaomi 15 Ultra but will probably pass, too many unknowns.

Was looking to get a Xiaomi 15 Ultra, currently $2,232 AUD ($2,455 with GST) on Ali, which theoretically would come down to $1,276 then. Seems too good to be true.
