Need Suggestion: Tablet Ordered from Samsung Online Store Showing Received past 8 Days

Hi,

I ordered a tablet during the secret sale on 10th March 2025. I still haven't received an invoice/ email from them, when I go to my samsung account it says order received and has not changed since. I contact Samsung agent for like 2 times in these 8 days but they have the same response will take 7-10 days, or a case manager will contact you.

I don't know what to do, I do not want to cancel the order as it is cheapest I can get the tablet for. But same thing happened to me previously during s23 ultra sale and it went on to 2 months and I had to travel overseas so have to cancel/ opened dispute with bank to get the refund at that point. Has anyone ever accross this problem, how did you solve it, did you get the product or just got the refund?

    i would just contact them again.. although you are at the mercy of their stupidness

  • Perhaps the item isn't in stock, they will invoice you when they are ready to ship it. You harassing them doesn't make them manufacture it any faster.. JUST WAIT or ask for a refund.

      • Yeah, I surely have no idea how Samsung's inventory system works, perhaps your friend ordered a different spec/colour but either way, Samsung online isn't a place if you want something faster. That is the reason for the existence of brick-and-mortar stores.

    It's amazing this happened to you before, and you go and order with them again… No wonder they keep getting away with these horror stories. People don't learn and keep throwing them money because of carefully planned abitrary discounts.
