I ordered a tablet during the secret sale on 10th March 2025. I still haven't received an invoice/ email from them, when I go to my samsung account it says order received and has not changed since. I contact Samsung agent for like 2 times in these 8 days but they have the same response will take 7-10 days, or a case manager will contact you.
I don't know what to do, I do not want to cancel the order as it is cheapest I can get the tablet for. But same thing happened to me previously during s23 ultra sale and it went on to 2 months and I had to travel overseas so have to cancel/ opened dispute with bank to get the refund at that point. Has anyone ever accross this problem, how did you solve it, did you get the product or just got the refund?
