wow these people are still around? ahhh the days back in the 90s when I used to have a 7.1 surround speaker setup on my PC :D
I have this and whilst it's good there hasn't been any firmware updates or software updates since 1 Feb 21.
My biggest pain point is swapping between outputs, there is no official software method for this.

I only use them with headphones but can't you use the switch in the bottom left of the program to switch output from headphones to speakers etc?

don't waste your time on these. Purchased one and had strange issues of it disconnecting/overheating. Got so hot I almost burnt my hand touching it while powering my DT 990 250Ohm. Ended up switching to a cheapo Fosi K5 which doesn't have any of the issues.
I've had mine since 2021 and it's working fine. It gets somewhat warm mainly on the bottom but it's not super hot or impossible to hold.
did you ever get any dropouts requiring you to unplug/replug? then sometimes it would freeze, were it lights up but none of the buttons/knob work.
Never. I've used it for 1000's of hours with two PCs and laptop. No issues.
