Noticed this whilst organising our delivery and they were willing to apply the difference from our purchase to current sale.

deet or it didn't happen.
negging deal, cos CEO is a <insert 4 letter word>.
deet or it didn't happen.
but you negged it as if it did happen…?
I tend to be pretty trigger happy when it comes to negs.
UP TO 35% off.
Fixed, thanks.
This company has some kind of % off sale virtually every day of the year. Fake RRPs, in other words.
2 years ago based on mixed review on Ozbargain, I decided to bite the bullet.
- Queen mattress purchased in 2023, still ok but now develop some sagging.
- Single mattress purchased in 2024, less than a year but the stitching around the edge was gone off, expose the inside component. Contact the CS for warranty claim, after 4 days got response, they asked about the package box and code number etc… now still waiting for their response.
The CS experience is totally opposite with what I was with IKEA, I got IKEA mattress for 5 years, got sagging as well. IKEA CS responded real fast within 3 days, asked receipt, replacement or refund straight away.
Am I happy with IKEA mattress and their CS? Yes, absolutely.
Am I happy with Ecosa mattress and their CS? For product it was ok, but develop problems after couple of months. And their warranty is just replacement, no refund. Will I buy Ecosa again? Probably not, and go back to IKEA, or go with latex mattress.
How are these versus my shitty Emma one?
How shitty ?
Sagging or body indentation ? They tried to void the warranty by keep saying it is indentation and a minimum of 2.5 cm to qualify for warranty claim.
I am looking to buy mattress in the box and it is very hard to decide which one after reading lots of reviews. Origin was my first preference but back down because of bad comments that they only have email communication and no phone, delivery didn't turn up and no response, etc. Sleeping Duck is too expensive and have to rotate the bed every 3 months. Koala doesn't seem last long as according to Origin, they don't use quality material. I tried Ikea, but they are too soft, even though it was the most firm mattress.
Problem with most of these companies is:
A) The internet is littered with incentivised reviews of their mattresses.
B) Their products generally tend to be okay in the very short term but develop problems after 12-24 months, long after a glowing review has been posted by actual paying customers.
Haven't purchased any of their products, but have dealt with their CEO and he's awful to deal with.
