Does it have decent single player modes?

        • From memory, there's a campaign. It's short, but a good deal for $4.

      Mate…

Halo revolutionised first-person shooters on consoles, setting a new standard for the genre. When it was released in 2001, Halo: Combat Evolved showcased intuitive controls, engaging multiplayer, and expansive gameplay that were previously thought difficult to achieve on consoles. Its success demonstrated that first-person shooters could thrive outside of PCs, paving the way for the genre's popularity on console platforms and inspiring countless other games to follow in its footsteps.

      Go play Concord, champ.

I just finished Titanfall 2 (only played singleplayer). Awesome game! Great pacing, inventive mechanics that never out-stay their welcome, and amazing maps/environment (the scale is jaw-dropping). Does not feel like a 10 year old game. I rarely finish SP games but this kept my attention.

And it's not too long too. Even spending a lot of time admiring the environments, I finished it in under 30 hours or so. Definitely worth it for the price.
