No sag, no issues, and even firm enough to edge sit.Ill be ordering the same brand, but not in extra firm, as my back damage now requires side sleeping. But thats the only reason. Quality is brilliant.

Can't you just book a hard rubbish collection from your council?

Maybe during delivery you can negotiate small fee to the driver to dump the old one.
Those online mattress in a box sellers mostly don't provide service for old mattress removal. If you buy directly from shop, they do provide the service with extra cost (sometimes you could negotiate with them to include it with the purchase price). For free one, best to call your council as part of kerbside waste collection or you could donate it Salvation Army/Vinnies. Some of them provide pickup for bulk items.
Has anyone with a bad back had much luck with these mattresses in a box? I'm currently sleeping on a 'Seahorse' branded mattress - they're very big in Asia I believe.
Solid as a rock with literally zero sag, they've really helped with my back pain. Not cheap though.
