Just received my Samsung Galaxy s3 4g from Unique Mobiles, and immediately there are 2 things wrong with it:
- The case I ordered was black, I received a white case
- The box in which I received the phone had a broken seal
So I sent an email to them with photos illustrating the problem, and here is the reply that I got:
"This is normal, our suppliers open 1 in 5 handsets to check that everything is included in the box as advertised. Also our suppliers were out of stock of the black case so you were sent a white one."
I don't think this is normal… is it? Sounds pretty dodgy to me.
I would think that if you ordered a white one, then you deserve to get a white one (sorry you can't have mine). I would insist on the white one, unless you are happy with the black one.
I ordered my one through them and had no problems, so I would say no, not dodgy, and the seal opening could be correct as they are grey imports.
